RJ
They are having the Air Water show here this weekend and I just thought about something.
Do planes have horns. Never heard one. I work next to an airport, never heard one.
What type of horns do they have, Lol air horns of course.
But really do they?
I thought you were going to say its like the "Running of the Bulls" of Spain.
Is it remotely like that or no?
Not to change the subject, I always wondered about airline pilots and their pre-trips. I know in the cockpit they check the redundant gauges and stuff. But what about everything else...
I had this ideal that since your up there amongst the stuff you could actually see off in the horizon billowing smoke coming from the forest.
And at night you could see a faint glow in some parts from all the fires.
Not quite like that huh.
What no heated mirrors? That's what I use with the cat and dog show. And it works pretty well at drying up a lot of those raindrops so you can see better. I Just remembered using them just the other day.
And I remember the heater had broke for a while and when the rains came, yeah putting that...
Now imagine that happening when your doing a live unload.
I don't have to imagine it as it happened to me. A few winters ago where we had that extreme cold with the polar vortex I wanna say 2019. It was one of the coldest snowiest winters in the midwest.
So I go to this one pickup, the dock...
Hey RJ, I've always wondered this and wanted to ask you.
Do you guys up there use coordinates at all when going anywhere. Trucking and in general do you guys do the longitude and latitude thingy at all?
I know google maps has that feature, is this something that use to be a thing long time ago?
