    Well, I am glad you asked. I can only assume that having Thanksgiving on a Friday would entail all the prep work for the family feast to be done on Thursday and that would be a work day. So, like not much prep/cooking time. Maybe they could "say" Friday was Thanksgiving and actually eat turkey...

    That looks amazing! I bet it is so juicy inside. I have always wanted to try deep fried turkey. The one thing I miss most about traveling in the U.S. is.. deep fried everything :thumbsup:

    Yeah we do but we celebrate it in October. it is one of those Holidays that falls on the (i think) 3rd Monday in October. It could be the 2nd Monday but I know for sure it is always on a Monday.

    Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends. I hope you all have some great food and spend time with people that you like. It is not thanksgiving here but I am fortunate enough to have Friday off for plant shut down.
