Duck Pond Redneckery

Meh, nurses get angry for the silliest reasons.
Like walking around with your Demerol I.V.
You can't walk around with a Demerol I.V.
I think you are wrong! I am standing here before you with a Demerol drip.:rolllaugh2:
:rolllaugh3: :rolllaugh3:

What's Demerol? :confused2:

What is this about?
4 days after Sarah had a stroke, her brother went missing.

The car was found near Reelfoot Lake in TN, and the guy he'd been with was found in Athens TN wandering around lost and confused.

He later confessed to shooting him in the back of the head and leaving him in a ditch but didn't remember where.

Yesterday they found the body in Kentucky.

I don't know the motive yet but I think it was a robbery.

I haven't been able to get many details because every time I talk to Sarah's parents, they bug me about "when can we tell Sarah"

I'm not allowing anyone to tell her until she's recovered from the stroke. Her doctors, nurses, physical therapists, neurologist and the hospital staff psychiatrist all agree that we should not tell her at this point. Her sister, aunt, daughter and her other brother all agree too. I think her dad understands too but it's her step mom (Zach's mom) who wants to tell her anyway. She's not exactly in the greatest state of mind lately, as you can imagine.

Sarah's aunt was here earlier. After they took Sarah out for her PT she told me Zach was found by some local 12 year old kid riding his ATV.

Imagine that,.. you're just riding around through the woods and come across a dead body that's been on the ground for 2 weeks in the middle of summer.

I can't imagine what that's going to do to the kid.

as bad as this situation is about Zack, at the very least, the family can bury him, knowing he is "home", and work towards closure. it think it would make his family more stressed out always wondering where he is, and if dead, where is his remains.

now all that remains is the police/prosecutors office, building a good case against the thug that killed him, and put him away for his life. although, execution, would be better.

Ok I just talked to her other brother and it turns out the aunt was wrong.

The 12 year old boy did NOT find the body. He found the key fob for the car.

Police were right up the road looking for Zach and the kid brought them the key fob and they said "show us exactly where you found it" and they refocused their search and found him.

So there's no traumatized 12 yr old.

They're going to cremate him and then wait until Sarah is able to attend the service.

And they're putting me in charge of determining when to tell her. Which is good but I don't think they fully understand the kind of time frame I'm thinking of. They're thinking the next couple weeks. I think that'll be too soon.

yes, each stroke patient is different in thier recovery. my late grand dad, only had a slight stroke, so he recovered in a few weeks, and didn't lose anything, as function, speech, etc.

no one knows how the Mrs, will do, not even the doctors or specialists.

you SHOULD be the only person telling her.

Tyler L Childers is the meth head who shot Sarah's brother in the back of the head with a 410 shotgun.

Illinois is only charging him with felony obstructing justice so far. Murder charges in Kentucky. And Tennessee is probably charging him with something too.
