Any stock traders here?

We used to just call it "Kentucky" and then it became KFC and some say KFC.
Then they changed the recipe and now we just call it...
Dirty Bird.

Honestly, I'm not sure how it is even in business these days here. It's like people mention it when it happens to have the shortest line maybe. Then again, our house isn't big at all on eating any fast food, so not really sure who is popular these days other than Chick-Fil-A

The most popular eating establishment to me is my own kitchen.

Pick any restaurant and tour it's kitchen. You'll eat at home a lot more often. Unless your kitchen is worse than theirs.

They're all in the drive thru at Popeyes waiting for chicken sandwiches.

You got that right!

When I was a yout I worked in a couple restaurants and it was pretty gross in the back of house.

Making your own food gives you so much more control over quality of ingredients and final product.

I get lazy and still do eat take-out from restaurants I just have to not think about what is behind the drive-through window

You probably have some Canadian knock off or something. Like on South Park how Canadian heads move differently. Something like that.

Also, mutual funds can in fact be adjusted. Ive changed mine a few times. Its still fairly disappointing though. But they are a LONG game.

Quest works well for this Canadian.

Eventually, we'll hear/read the truth on the subject. It just depends on the agenda at the given time!

I am glad they caught this Nikola electric truck flimflammer

Not that I would invest in electric trucks unless it was for the long game say a 10-20 year plan.

Thanks man. It is not everyday you get to use the word Flimflammer.

Nikola isn’t an electric truck.
Nikola One was hydrogen and electric (combination). Two is hydrogen, and Tre (Euro truck) is either electric or hydrogen

The "One" was the truck that people were putting up the deposits on a few years ago, only to see the production date never happen and the entire truck got redesigned. I believe the "one" was supposed to be in production by either the end of 2016 or 2017. Potential owners were expecting trucks to be delivered and be on the road with them at that point.

Ark Investments just bought 3 million share position of Robinhood Stock..

Everybody else seems to be getting in on this Blockchain $$$, crowd-funding, Robinhood, etc and feel like I'm missing out..

So last week at work I daydreamed up a "scheme" to get not only get started but not loose my @$$ either way..

Basically I'm gonna view this strictly as a "hobby" and to Fund this I am gonna start Donating Plasma again at least on weekends got 55 bucks this morning already..

Most of these you can start with as little as five or ten bucks some up to $25 or Fifty Bucks..

Acorns App kinda like Robinhood but very good reviews now they charge a $3 a month fee for a starter account which is all I'm doing at this point.

Robinhood which is mostly free they sell the volume movement flow to brokerages for main income although can be some fees but again may $25/$30 to start up and throw in here there see where it goes..

Worthy Bonds start as little as $10 bucks they crowdfunding a portfolio of different bonds and pay dividends but is a chance some can default just like real bonds.

Crypto...CoinBase ya can start as little as $10 dollars but alotta "Bad Reviews" for Coinbase too although looking at other Crypto Apps..

.........

More Expensive ones but good Reviews 😉..

FundRise will pool your investment with other into Real Estate Portfolio.. $500 minimum to start.

Ground Floor is Similar as little as One Hundred Dollars but not as lucrative as FundRise judging by reviews and reading.

Betterment ...this is Robo-Investing basically supercomputers watch flow algorithms and trade millions of share per day based on that

You basically don't own any shares the money is pooled into whatever all around and you get a percentage based upon what you have deposited into your account and vise versa can go down 👇 as well..

This requires a $1000 minimum and a grand is just basic account

I guess the beauty part here though is the transaction fee is "capped" at 0.25 or one quarter percent versus a Traditional Brokerage and often out performs

Before I even think about parting with a cool "Grand" gonna do alot more "research..

Goona probably just start with the "cheap" ones just too open accounts get started then keep Donating Plasma and divy that up to deposit more from there..

Longer term I might just try the bigger 2 as I learn more about em would require me to part with $1500 outta savings just to start up.... $500 for FundRise and a cool Grand for "Betterment" but maybe later on..

Also checking out others as well there's so many out there now..

For now though just stick to BASICS and have a little FUN with my Plasma $$$..

What do ya think?

I think don't follow @Mike when he talks about health care stocks.
Robinhood & Stash even let just buy "tiny" pieces of shares like you can put $10/$20 bucks into Amazon or Apple and own a small fraction of a share.

I kinda like the more autopilot ones myself just deposit money and let them pool it around see where it goes ..

To actually Buy / Trade or Speculation requires more knowledge than I can acquire plus probably alot more money than for starting a hobby with Plasma donations.

What I could do though is watch trends and stick a donation here or there into that sector on Robinhood or something..

For right now it's just getting afew apps making another Donation or two and learning how to use em.

Wow do I got alot to learn about modern banking..

There's stuff like Virtual Debit funded with google pay or I-store..

Google Pay uh that's completely different than a Google Play Store prepaid card to buy a video game.

I guess Bitcoins are stored in "Virtual Wallets"..

Okay I don't really want to link my Bank Account or a Credit Card to an App..

I just wanna use my Plasma $$$ to play around with for FUN..

The Plasma Center pay you on a card but it doesn't have your name just says cardholder and is linked your center Donor # ..

Now it's Visa and works like a debit card at the store you just hit credit..

Also can be used at ATM and a pin number is included when they issued it but I usually just get gas and buy cigarettes or groceries with it.

So basically I gotta find a way to take that money or equivalent to convert that to be Online Spendable.

Some require link to actual bank account and transfer funds like Robinhood for example but they are coming out with their own credit card eventually so I could just wait and apply for their Credit Credit

Could just open a free checking account with afew hundred bucks at a separate bank maybe even an online bank like Chime.

PayPal seems to be another option with others and you can fund that through PayPal Gift Cards you buy at and store or gas station.

Many do not accept Debit Cards or charge extra fees like 3% to make up for transaction fees so pre-paid debit card is outta the question..

Seems to me Bitcoin is more for buying pieces on the massive dips then holding em until it goes up another 5/10 grand and try liquidate those pieces into something else before the another country like China or the Federal Reserve or Congress proposes something sending it just "Crashing"..

Frankly Bitcoin is TOO HIGH and just too "Volatile" from week per week..

Now here are other Cryptos that aren't insanely high yet or swing quite as "violently"

Erethrum for instance stays in a band of afew grand per coin..

It has also been said that Ethereums blockchaim is more practical and efficient for "Mass Adoption" than Bitcoin ..

Do you do any Ethereum there @Sinister or just some Bitcoin ?

Just bitcoin, litecoin through PayPal, then I have DOGE through Coinbase.

What a lot of Crypto nerds do is called "dollar cost averaging" where you out in a set amount per week and over time your input experiences a net gain despite the volatility of crypto.

I don't do that either. I basically just put in 5 bucks to this or that here and there.
