A Virginia Tech Football player goes to an apartment to meet a tinder date named Angie. When he gets there he received a BJ.

Now how he didn’t realize this the first time is unclear, dark lighting, alcohol perhaps, maybe “Angie” had really really good makeup skills. Some would say this is an unforgivable crime. Others would say it was justified.

Ultimately a jury will decide.

There was a case a while back that was in the local news here a few years ago.

A guy pretended to be his identical twin in order to nail his brother's wife.

She thought she was having consentual sex with her husband, not knowing it was actually his brother.

Because she did not consent to sex with her brother-in-law, and wouldn't have if she'd known it was him, the jury found him guilty of rape.

And looking at it from her perspective, and her husband's, I agree with the verdict.


In this case a straight man thought he was getting a BJ from a woman. He obviously would not have willingly engaged in sexual activity if he'd known it was a man.

Therefore the gay guy raped the straight guy.

The reaction from the straight guy was perfectly natural and if he'd stopped with a simple ass kicking that did not result in death or permanent injuries, I'd say the gay guy 100% deserved it, especially since there's no way in hell a blue state would charge the freak with rape because of their political agenda. A beating would be the only justice he'd receive.

It's just manslaughter. Whatever the minimum sentence is in Virginia for manslaughter is what he should receive.

Anything beyond that is pure leftist politics, not justice.
