Trucking Regulations: WA, How long will positive drug test remain on record?

How long will a positive pre employment drug test (THC), remain on my driving record? Washington state to be specific unless it's same in all states. Thank you.

For ever in Canada. Why didn't you go to London drugs and get the Detox kit? Never heard of anyone failing after the kit. That said, we don't drug test in Canada for 99% of jobs.

Just move like 3/4 states away , become a resident, and get a new license.

Here in America trucking is only a PEE.

Yet back in the 90s I worked in the plant at Metal-Tek and they were doing hair samples then for a Foundry job....

And a foundry is like hell on earth though ya get used to it after awhile

Luckily I was on paper at the time anyhow so I had no choice but to "Stay Clean" or go back infront of a Judge and back to jail.

So I made it and worked there almost 6 years the "longest" I ever held the Same Job ..

until they shut it down and eventually levelled the place.

Nowadays its just an empty overgrown lot and an Epa clean up site

I still remember the moment when I had to give urine analysis but I had a big problem. At that time I had some health problems and I was taking some pills, and they had a small dose of drugs, and if it was to give a urine test it was to misunderstand and doctors would think I was taking drugs, which is not right. Why dont you guys just buy fake pee?

Or better yet just grab a bottle thats rolling around in the hot sun kf a truck stop parking lot and use that? It should be warm enough, and the UV rays will take any drugs out of it.
