Thinking of Doing it again...

Hey everyone. Thinking of getting back on the road. I just seem to be missing it. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas in companies this time around. After my previous experience, I kinda know whats important to me now. If your company fits what I am looking for (or one that you know of) let me know.

Must Haves:
Good Honest People
Safe Polices (no log fudging)
Decent clean equipment (Comfortable / sleepers I can stand up in.)
No Canada or Mexico
Pays lumper's and tolls
Ability to put in an inverter
Able to idle in harsh climates
Able to install not only CB, but Sat Radio and Ham equipment.
Home when promised, not "we will do better next time"
Flexible rider policy (Friends, Family, Spouse)
Assigned (Take Home) equipment
No speed cap 64mph or less
No Hazmat
No Flatbed
No Tanker
No Double or Triples
Chains needed = No driving (in most cases)
99% No Touch

Would Like:
Layover pay
Detention pay
Scale EZ Pass
Fuel at most major centers (Fly J, TA, Pilot, Petro)
Paid Idle Air
Good miles paid system (like practical)
Trip Scan services for quicker pay
Good miles is actually available
Great safety record
Speed Cap around 70 or non at all.
Qualcomm Load plans

Would Love:
Favorite Equipment Like Mack HI Rises, W600/660/900's, and Pete's.
Auto Transmission is always nice
Good lease program available if I decide to grow with company that allows flexibility in my favorite equipment.
Box over Reefer
No tyson meats! HAHA
100% Drop and Hook

So, any ideas.

Companies I am sort of considering already (maybe you can give me more testimony):

Crete/Schaefer
CFI
Martian Transportation
Knight

where do you live?

TransAm has some of that, but its hit or miss depending on some variables about how well you do. But alot of the classic's and century's are being phased out, not too many left. So there are alot of T600's left, I wouldn't do the lease if I was you. All the T600's have APU's and 2500/5000 watt inverters installed. But they haul alot of meat loads.

I have just about narrowed it down to Knight. Everyone seems happy with them and making money. I have not talked to Martan or Schneider yet. CFI I hear was acquired by Con-Way. Just worried about a merger of an "OK" company to one with the rep of CFI might be downhill fall for CFI. Talked to a Schaefer(Crete) recruiter today. He just seemed like he was annoyed that I called and had questions. Like it was time for him to go home and just wanted me off the phone. It was only 30mins after he got to work in the morning. I did not appreciate that. Its not my fault this industry needs to recruit, but if you are going to recruit, better give me a first impression. We are partners in these companies! Knight I did talk to, and the guy was very professional and seemed excited to talk with me. He was happy to answer my list of questions. Unfortunately, no one I talked to will allow me to install a "real" inverter. Thats my only grief. When I go on the road, I go for 4-6 weeks at a time. Thats just me. I still like to live a normal life. I like to do the Sat TV, Game System, Computer and all that. I have never found one of those cig-lighter inverters worth a damn that could power what I needed to power. Funny how thats an issue when everything else fits, but it is a big issue once on the road for me.
