I hand breaded some chicken breasts the other day. Sure they are good on the first day when the breading is crisp.
When you set them in the fridge they breading tends to go soggy.
No problem, Just throw them into the air fryer for 5 mins and they are crispy again.
Tonight I may do one plain breaded and the other covered in BBQ sauce, Sweet baby Rays of course.
On a happy note here for today...The veterans will be getting a banquet meal at the hall here....and 40 families have received a box meal stuffed with a turkey, 5 pounds of potatoes, 2 cans of green beans and a pumpkin pie.....yea life is good....how sweet can it get.
