What do you think needs to change in order to draw more women into the trucking industry?

Fast forward, post pandemic. The concerns over safety are still there. When I was flatbedding, I had a lot lizard pound on my door and then proceed to scream at me for moving in on her turf. I had another one try to square off with me in that crappy Pilot in south Atlanta for the same reason. So, my bad experiences haven't been the men, it's been these uppity lot lizards. At the end of the day, if someone wants to get you, they're gonna get you. If you are a woman of a slight and small build, I can see the depravity of some men to get the better of them and then you have a rape situation. However, it has been my observation that no one gets into your truck unless you want them to; and that might seem like a good idea at the time, until they rob you.
"Uppity lot lizards"
