The Transportation Security Administration is seeking public comment on a proposal to tweak the Hazardous Materials Endorsement policy to expand the use of information collected in the endorsement process for use in other TSA programs without an additional background check.
Interested parties will have until Oct. 17 to submit comments to the agency. A notice about the proposal was posted on The Federal Register on Aug. 16.
