- All social groups must, at the minimum, follow the rules of the forum. The only exception are political and religious based groups (which may bypass the rule prohibiting political and religious discussion). Group owners may, at their leisure, create additional rules for their groups.
- Social groups will be moderated by the group owner, and the moderators that they choose. If the group cannot be controlled at that level and becomes and issue for the forum administrators or moderators, appropriate actions will be taken, possibly including the deletion of the group, or ownership replacement.
- All social groups will be monitored by the administrators of the forum
- A social group can be removed at any time if it has been determined that the group has become inactive, or is in violation of our rules. We may, at our discretion, attempt to find a new owner for a group, but we are in no way obligated to do so.
- Any social group that is trucking related must be publicly accessible (no private trucking groups), unless otherwise approved by an administrator. We do this as this is the primary topic of our community, and the community comes first.
- Social Group owners can add or remove any members they wish, at their discretion.
- The actions of a social group owner, in no way, represents the forum, the forum's administrators, or the forum's moderators.
