considering Prime Inc hires morons, if any of thier snipers look like any of these, i'd say it wouldn't be any problemPrime can afford snipers though.
If you read the lawsuit, it isn’t about the logo on the side of the trailer. Amazon is attempting to enter the regular freight market against their own fillings for using the “Prime” logo on their trailers. If Amazon gets away with this what do you think the freight rates are going to look like?

I think you are confusing using the "name" Prime and The "logo" the Names are the same. The Logos are completely different!
Prime or Prime may have a case for the use of the name "Prime". There is zero case for logo infringement.
