I was wondering if any of you have seen this article on the 25,000 trucks being tagged going in and out of port.

I think they tried this once in the ports in Savannah Georgia and it caused a bunch of problems. I might be thinking of the wrong port but I am sure this was tried before and it was anything but smooth. It also causes problems for local drivers since it records their times it could be used against log books and make it so only certain trucks can enter and exit the ports. Oh boy do I see complications.
