OMAHA -- The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has fined a trucking company $9,100 for failing to take precautions that could have prevented a fatal accident.
OSHA's Charles Adkins said Wednesday the accident that killed 62-year-old Brian Cellar near Endicott was preventable. OSHA says Omaha-based Wynne Transport Service Inc. failed to report the accident to OSHA within eight hours, as required.

Wynne officials would say only that the company hasn't decided whether to contest OSHA's findings.
Cellar was preparing to pump liquid asphalt from one parked truck to another when the accident happened on June 12. One of the trucks unexpectedly rolled into the other and crushed Cellar because its parking brake wasn't set and the wheels were not chocked.
