The 12v lunchbox will serve you well if your company does not allow inverters.
I have made everything from chicken breasts and rice and veggies to Steaks. It is basically a square crock pot.
The possibilities are endless with the 12v lunchbox oven.
 
If you are fortunate enough to have an inverter and a microwave, the possibilities are endless. I liked to make omelets and baked potatoes and many other things that you can't make in a 12V oven.
 
Honestly, if you have refrigeration like a Koolatron 12V cooler and a 12V lunch box oven there should be zero reason to buy fast food at a truck stop other than the pre-made salads, veggies and fresh fruit they offer.
 
Before the Forum was moved three times, I had a thread about cooking on the road in a 12V lunchbox oven. It got lost in the shuffle.
If your question is can, I make this in the 12V oven?
The answer is... Yes, you can!
