I seen TJGoSurf's post about looking for a job, and it gave me the idea to add this forum.

I imagine its for small companies and people looking for jobs? Not large companies with a bigger recruiting budget than their average driver pay?

When you go to the forum, you can see the description, which makes it clear that the forum is not there for large company recruiters.
