Hi! My name is Aigerim. I’m actively looking for a remote job as a truck dispatcher in the U.S. logistics industry.
I have completed dispatcher training and fully understand how the dispatch system works — including finding loads, negotiating with brokers, coordinating with drivers, and managing documents.
I speak English, Russian, and Kazakh, and I’m a fast learner with strong communication and organisational skills.

I don't speak Polish unfortunately, but many Poles know Russian. I don't think they'll hire me for a salary, since I have little experience, I'm ready to work for 1% of the gross, and without pay in the first week.

I don't live in the United States to have insurance, and do I need a broker certificate for a dispatcher? I have a certificate that I graduated from the truck dispatcher school.

Ya know why Because I am who I "Am".

The Office Job was a "Complete Disaster".

Atleast they cared enough about me put me back into a Truck & a paycheck

Out on the ROAD people dont exactly see me everyday nor remeber me.

A Real Job in the "Real World" I get fired in like 2 weeks.

Because Im around everyday too give them reasons I guess..

Out on "The Road" ya nobody just "Blend In" with the traffic too

Id like 2 think if they just gave me my own OFFICE a Desk with my name on it things could have worked out.

Leave me alone too let me do my job as well

I hope, I am not thrilled with office work either, I have 20 years of experience working in an office as an economist, I think it's time to change everything. I really want to start working in the trucking industry
I worked in a telemarketing office when I got outta prison.

The Boss man said leave him alone make him comfortable he makes $ales.

The Assitant Mangager didnt like me one eyota.

Every little thing he listen 2 my calls on the computee write me up every chance he got.

Finally I told the "Boss Boss" ya know what I can do and I know you "Like Me" bringing in $ales and Revenue.

That was not the Point and they had me on security cameras telling off the assistant Manager and that went 2 "Corporate" Office and I was "FIRED"
