Only problem I have with my legs is my knees. Years of abuse and neglect have led to two bad MCL's. Now that I am back to driving again, my knees will pop after they have been in one place for a long period of time, so I have to make a point of moving them around periodically while driving.
Stretching has become even more important to me now, because if I don't do it everyday, my knees kill me. Need surgery on both, but don't want to do it.
I also do work as a massage therapist, I see so many drivers with leg problems and circulation problems related to PAD.
