I guess it had to happen eventually

Birchy, I never could work local, guess I just liked the white line fever. Got a dedicated between San Francisco and Antonio, try to stay out of the snow as much as possible because I'm a spoiled Californian.

I started "Local" back in the early 2000s...

Late 2000s ended up Cross Country....

Mid 2010s picked up "LOCAL" again...

Today Im back OTR and "Wondering" how in the Heck I ever "survived" Local
Started out “local” myself... funny thing is thats subject to interpretation. Among some my route thats 2 1/2 hours from the barn ain’t exactly “local” lol

I started out as local as it can get. I started as a yard jockey and did a few deliveries to pick up the slack for the real drivers.
14 hour days and it was pure B.S. !
I swore I would never drive a truck again. Well times got tough and money was tight with me and the G.F.
I knew I could make some good money fast if I went back trucking.
25 years later after long haul, back to yard jockey. still in a damned truck.
