HELP (Newbie)

Hi i'm a newbie. HELP. I just got my license and everybody wants experienced drivers. How do I get experience if nobody will hire me. I was thinking about team driving to start. Any advice?

I think Schneider actually has a Canadian fleet. Have you talked to them?

Yes. We got as far as me calling for the 45 min. interview and I'm not getting any answer or return calls. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or they just aren't interested.

Thank-you for the welcome and yes they are in Guelph. They sent me their information, benefit pkg, application and I talk to them through my e-mail. I'll try calling again Mon.

Definitely stay on top of the status of your application with them. With many jobs, being persistent is often what it takes to get your foot in the door.

If you can get on with them, I think you will like it. I have talked to some of the Schneider drivers based out of Canada and they seem to be pretty happy with the job. Hope it works out.
