Best eld for 10 truck company?

Hi, I drive with a small company based out of Brampton and my boss wants to use a new ELD system. I'm to help find one. We mainly drive to the USA. Any suggestions? It needs to do what it says it does and be reasonably priced as in not very expensive. It should also have decent tech support if needed.

Three years with KeepTruckin and haven't had any issues.

I had an issue with the new version for the ELD mandate. It took a month or so to totally clear it because it dealt with the way their software detected truck movement. The initial response was to have them edit the log, but it was dealt with and the problem hasn't recuured.
