Another illegal trucker 3 dead in California.

I heard from my replacement driver this morning that our L.A., truck was involved in a major crash. Some idiot pulled onto the shoulder leaving 1/4 of his unit still on the traveled portion of the roadway. Our driver was sandwiched by another truck and couldn't move over. The right front of the tractor hit the offending trailer and it tore the cab right off of the frame.
The driver is in the hospital with what I can gather are pretty extensive injuries. He's been with the company for 8 years with a perfect record.
When/If I find something on either the 'Net, the news or first hand, I'll post it here. If you believe in prayer, please put one or two out there for him.
If ever I saw something that didn't look right and I had another truck next to me, I would always move for him to have room to get by the problem. I know it was Kommiefornia, but any cop that a lick of sense wouldn't ticket a truck for being in the left lane in a situation like that. I used to yell at drivers all the time about not giving room to another truck in the right lane. They were all afraid to go into the left lane. Just one more reason dash cams can cover your ass in a courtroom.

He had 10 years to learn how to read a kids book to get his CAMEL DRIVERS LICENCE... i hope he rots in prison or sent home on his flying carpet
who evers giving out CDL'S and the govt should be held accountable
i do nearly ALL my daily errands starting at or about 6AM, and get back home..being a former driver, i swivel my head at all 3 of my car's mirrors.
its easier in my car, to cut off people if i have to, to hopefully escape death.

What's the problem with that? I'm retired and get up at 03:30 every day. I'm also in bed between 18:00 and 19:00, mostly to turn on the TV and fall asleep to it. No volume, just the flickering blue light. Then sometime during the course of the night I turn it off.So you're retired but still up before 6AM every day?
When I log on here at roughly 04:00 you and EC are usually on, so either you stay up all night or are already up and moving.

Retirees can maintain whatever kind of schedule y'all want.
I guess that's good though, I mean SOMEBODY has to be awake in the early morning hours to make sure all the goth teenagers have left Dennys before all the old people show up for breakfast.

I need to find one so I can see if any of those Goth teenie girls want an old man to train them.
Like the old man, usually by 08:00 I have all of my errands and shopping out of the way unless it's a Sunday when I go to BJ's Wholesale. They don't open until 08:00, but I'm still out of there and home by 09:00. The rest of the day I don't really want to leave the house. You kids under 50 are psychotic out there. At night time, y'all come out here shooting the place up. And if that's not bad enough, then we have ICE to worry about. They don't care they terrorize, as long as they bring in a few bodies to justify their paychecks.

We used to have a Denny's in town. It went under and became a Chirabashi (Hirabachi?) or whatever those Asian cuisines are called. Then it was completely torn down and replaced with a Wawa.Denny's? EEEEEWWWWW!!!!!

Wawa has non-ethanol gas and it's closer to me than where I used to get it so I'm happy about the change.

That's where I get my non-ethanol fuel too. I have to get in there early on a Sunday morning because the landscapers come en-mass for that fuel for their equipment.

so yup, walmart opens at 6 AM, and i am there, the grocery store opens at 7, i get there after walmart.

I wonder about that. Say a person is of Mexican decent in Texas born in Texas, Family has been there since Texas was Mexico, how do you prove citizenship on the spot to ICE?
I am Metis and if asked to prove my citizenship I would have to go home and get my birth certificate.
Could I just point to my nose and eyes and ask where do you think I am from?

I don't know. But if I was an ICE officer and I was talking to a Hispanic who spoke perfect English, I wouldn't even ask for proof of citizenship.
I think the majority of Hispanics in this country were born here.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to just stop random people. I think they have to find out who's here illegally before they go after them.
I'm pretty darn white but don't have proof that I'm not illegally here from Germany or the UK or whatever other than my ability to speak English without an accent.
But as an American Citizen I have the constitutional right against illegal search and seizure.
