AC issue

Had truck in shops twice now and still not very cold at idle. First trip they replaced air dryer and condenser and second they vacuumed system and recharged. Said it was a pound low on Freon second trip and when finished I had absolutely no air. Said it was a bad switch so I shut truck off for the night but next morning when I took off I turned it on just to see. It will nearly freeze you out going down the road. I have noticed it takes a while to cool down when I park and wonder if maybe a flan clutch issue. If truck is too hot it will keep switch from opening correct?

Sounds like the system has a restriction. Without knowing the specific system, sounds like an o-tube or an expansion valve.
